BOB BRENNAN IS RETIRING

Bob has worn many hats since he joined Weil Aquatronics as a Junior Estimator in 1986. His technical expertise and unrivalled knowledge of our product line have made him an irreplaceable member of our team. Promoted to Vice President in 2020, Bob is no stranger to leadership roles. He previously served as President of the Southern California chapter of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning (ASHRAE) and remains an active member. In his dual role as Engineering Manager, Bob assists engineers with specifying equipment for design applications. He sees his role at Weil Aquatronics as an opportunity to “take part in an industry that sustains life.”

Bob's Work Timeline

1986 - 1989

The 1990s

The 2000s & Present

Bob began his career with Weil Aquatronics in 1986, as an estimator -- at the time there were only five employees. By 1989, Bob became the lead inside salesperson.

During the 1990s, as technology evolved, Bob became responsible for IT support. Additionally, he continued expanding his lead inside sales role and worked on building relationships with engineers and contractors. He began serving multiple positions for the ASHRAE Chapter Board, culminating in being the Chapter President from 2001-2002.  We took on the HOMA line.

As Weil Aquatronics grew, many changes took place, including growing our team and adding the SyncroFlo line. By 2020, Bob stepped into his role as Vice President and Engineering Manager.

"Congratulations on your retirement, Bob. You have worked so hard to earn this milestone. You've stuck with us through good times and bad, always the voice of optimism and hope. Surely, we are in a better place due in no small part to your spirit, sense of humor, and institutional memory (who needs files anyway?). Speaking for all of your colleagues, we will miss you dearly. Especially me! I look forward to keeping in touch with you. My only question: Who’s going to cover for me after you leave? All the best, Bob!"
